Matt Norris

Throughout his life, sport and entertainment have been his primary interests. Growing up in the NASCAR garage under the guidance of his NASCAR Executive father, he developed a keen understanding of the lucrative nature of the sports industry from a young age. Pursuing his passion, he obtained a degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina and subsequently relocated to Nashville. Since then, he has honed his skills by working for various agencies, artists, and teams, building a robust network and gaining extensive experience. In 2024, he founded Victory IP, a venture that embodies his expertise and vision in the sports and entertainment sector.

Matt lives just outside of Nashville with his wife Shannon and new daughter, Emerson.
